If the world have physics that the speed of light was 100 meters per second, than it would be possible to drive a car half the speed of light and fly in a plane near the speed of light.
There are two possible outcomes to such a "what if." The first is that the speed at which humans could move would be limited to only a couple hundred miles per hour. This would effect the ways that we live our lives; long distance communication would be useless, space travel would be impossible, and relativity would be an everyday concern.
The second possibility is if there were not an inability to reach the speed of light. Surely a jet can fly faster than 100 meters per second, and therefore would be able to reach distant locations without passing any relative time; or better yet, pass the speed of light and be able to reach destinations before departure. This of course is a hypothetical, theoretical and a source of many real-life paradii that would either need to be proven incorrect or avoided altogether.
