How to Shut Down Windows95 With A Shortcut

~~Windows 95 only~~

The Easiest way to create a Shortcut is to:

Right click on the desktop,
click "New"
click "Shortcut"
Now, To Shutdown Windows95:
type "rundll.exe user.exe,exitwindows" now
or:     
To Restart Windows95:
type "rundll.exe user.exe,exitwindowsexec" now
(Without the Parentheses)
Click "Next"
Type in a name ("Restart Computer" or "Off Switch" Maybe?)
Click "Finish"
Now there you go, the icon can be changed to look anyway
you want it to.
