Eeew! Install, what if there's a virus or a bug?
*.Cur/*.Ani files aren't Program's, their files that are
called upon.

Through your Windows Control Panel (Start, Settings)

Double Click Mouse
Click the Pointers Tab
Choose Pointer to Change, (Normal Select, Help Select...)
Click once on the name to highlight it
Click Browse, Find the File,
Click Open
-Keep doing this to every Pointer setting
-When your done click OK
