How To Use Your Keyboard With Windows

~~ Windows 95, 98 & NT ~~

If you have a keyboard with a "Basic Windows95 Keyboard"
then you should be using your keyboard more than you
are. These Simple "Hotkeys" (pressing keys at same time to
make something happen) will make using Windows so much
easier, faster and a lot of fun.

So you know: The "+" just means "at the same time press"

Things Everyone Needs To Memorize:
Ctrl+C = Copy
Ctrl+X = Cut (Copy then Delete)
Ctrl+V = Paste from clipboard
Ctrl+Z = Undo previous change
Ctrl+A = Select all
Alt+F4 = Close/Quit current

* Ctrl+Alt+Delete = Reboot or end task * (careful!)

At Any Time Press:
Win+E       = Start Explorer
Win+F       = Finds Files or Folders
Ctrl+Win+F  = Find computer
Win+M       = Minimizes all windows
Shift+Win+M = Undo Minimize All
Win+R       = Displays Run Dialog box
Win+Tab     = Cycles through taskbar buttons
Win+Break   = Displays System Properties

Window Control:
Alt+Enter        = Dos Fullscreen/Window
Alt+M            = Minimize all windows 
                   (when taskbar is selected)
Alt+Print Screen = Snapshot active only
Alt+Spacebar     = Control menu
Alt+Spacebar+N   = Minimize active window
Alt+Spacebar+S   = Reduce active window size
Alt+Spacebar+X   = Maximize active window
Alt+Tab          = Choose Open Programs
Shift+File/Close = Close current and Path or...
Shift+Alt+F+C    = Close current and Path
Backspace        = Up One Level

F2  = Rename
F3  = Find

F6  = Tab
