Make Your Connection Automatically Redial ~~ Windows 95 & 98 ~~ If you use dial up to get on the Internet and your ISP does not have splash-screen dialing (AOL) then you most probably have to keep trying over and over to get logged on. You can get many reasons: No Dialtone. The computer you dialed did not answer. And of course: The Line is busy. So you have to click "OK" and click "Connect" over and over... NO MORE! Double Click "My Computer" Double Click "Dial-Up Networking" Click the pull-down menu option "Connections" Click "Settings" Check the checkbox next to "Redial" *Options will show up If you want it to just retry 4 times per "Connect" Type "4" in the text box next to "times" If you want it to do it forever type "100" (max) if your ISP has not connected you by then, get a new ISP. You can have your redials wait an amount of time (to give it time) by choosing a number of "secs" or if you want "mins". I have mine set to 0mins 0secs so it will get me online ASAP MrWadlo - mrwadlo (at) mrwadlo.com http://www.mrwadlo.com/
