On 6-24-97, my sister, her boyfriend and myself rounded some photos together and went down to Kinkos to have them scanned. We heard how much it would cost so we crammed all the photos on 2, 8 1/2 by 11-inch printer paper sheets, then gave the sheets to the person responsible for the scanner. The disk costed $9.00. For each scan, the cost was $1.50. So we had 2, 256 color (low quality) scans made on 1 disk, but somehow it came out to a cost of $21.54, What's with that? You do the math. He told us to come back at 6:30. On the way home my sister, her boyfriend and myself made up a poem about what happened. Kinkos is making so much money off of people like me. I'm taking my pics elsewhere. The guy's name was Dustin and he works at the South Pasadena location, his home phone number is... just kidding :-)

The Poem:
Scan-Man:
Scan Man Messed things up,
Scan Man took my bucks.
Scan Man was a bimbo,
Scan Man looked like Jimbo (Simpsons),
Scan Mans name was Dustin,
Scan Mans face-a-busten.
Scan Man needs to learn,
Scan Man is gunna get burned.
6-24 and 25-97
